Tony Horton, the mastermind behind the popular P90X3 workout program, knows quite a few hot HIIT moves.

The celebrity trainer demonstrated ten of his intense and effective exercises for Popsugar during a calorie-torching 10-minute workout routine. His minute-long moves might be tough, but a few of them actually look like a ton of fun. Here are four of the exercises that you should consider adding to your own HIIT workout routines:

Sumo Squat with Kick

Sumo squats are a fun twist on a classic exercise. Get in a wide squat stance with your toes pointing outward and squat down. Your arms should be straight down in front of you with your palms facing each other. Squat down far enough to touch the ground with your fingertips. When you come back up, bring your fists up to your face and kick to the side with your right leg. Repeat the move with a left side kick and continue alternating sides. Make sure that you keep your chest and eyes up.

Long-Jump Sprint

For this challenging exercise, start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Get down low and jump forward explosively, using your arms to propel yourself forward. Do high knees backwards to your starting position and repeat the exercise.

X-Plyo Push-Up

This is one of the most challenging exercises that Tony Horton shared with Popsugar. Start in the regular push-up position, but angle your body to the right. Do a push-up. When you get to the top of the push-up, replace your right hand with your left hand so that your body is now angled to the left. Now switch hands so that you’re back in the starting position. Repeat until your minute is up.

Dolphin Hops

This fun exercise will kick your butt by getting it up in the air. Start in the plank position with your forearms on the ground. Now hop your feet forward three times, raising your butt up in the air as bring them forward. Use one big hop to get back to the starting position and repeat.
